Made with oranges or other fruit, pomanders offer a sweet fragrance and decor to the home.

This workshop offers a hands-on introduction to a winter craft practiced as early as the 13th century when pomanders were believed to ward off infections or bad odors. Pomanders were popular in the Victorian times when they were fancifully decorated.

We provide the supplies and offer some decorating tips and techniques. We will also serve hot cocoa on the side. It is an activity that you can revisit at home or other gatherings.

The workshop is suitable for adults, teens and tweens. Admission $5/ $12 per family. Members $4
